What arrives at your venue
An Event Basic or Event Superstar system: speaker, microphones, party lighting, a 22-inch screen (plus an 80-inch projector with Superstar) and the song tablet with 67,000+ songs. Your driver sets it up, tests the sound and shows one person how it works.
What the organizer handles
A room with one or two outlets, Wi-Fi without a login page (or a phone hotspot), and access details for the driver: loading dock, elevator, security desk or a firm setup window.
Songs in English and French
Guests search and queue songs from their own phones in either language. The catalogue covers current hits, classics, Québécois favourites and songs in Spanish, Italian, Korean and more.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Event quotes can be paid by invoice: request a quote, approve it by email, and we send a formal invoice with a secure online payment link. If you need a PO number referenced, mention it in your request and we'll put it on your quote.
Can you cover events in multiple cities?
Yes, we operate in 13 cities across Canada, from Vancouver to Halifax. One point of contact can coordinate machines for several dates or locations; list them in your request and we'll quote them together.
Our venue asks for supplier documentation — can you provide it?
Tell us what your venue or building management requires in the quote request and we'll sort it out with them directly. We've delivered to offices, hotels, restaurants, and reception halls since 2013.
Do you have songs in French?
Absolutely. The catalog has thousands of French titles, including Québécois classics, and guests can browse and queue songs from their own phones in either language.
